I don't remember how long this bottle has been in the refrigerator.
I had a feeling that the cork would blow out, so I put a pot stand over it and slowly, suddenly, it was smashed. If I had not cured it, it would have hit the ceiling.
The gas shimmered from the bottle.
The sweet and sour taste makes it hard to believe it's sake. Delicious 😋.
