After last week's Junmai Miyamanishiki, today we'll have a Jun Gin Yamadanishiki
today😋.
The aroma is a sweet ginjo scent. It has a nice aroma.
When you taste it... it makes your back stand up straight.
The mouthfeel
It has a sweetness like an apple or a cherry for a moment.
After a moment of sweetness like apples and cherries, it becomes dry and crisp as you swallow it.
There is almost no aftertaste....
Compared to last week's Junmai Miyamanishiki
I think it has the "Morishima" character that I thought it had👍.
I stocked two bottles of Omachi Jundais, the flagship of Morishima.
I've got two bottles of Omachi Jundais in stock with different yeasts😅.
How much do you love it💧 I will review it later ✌️.
