My two kids passed the entrance exam successfully, so I opened this bottle to thank my wife for supporting them (I just wanted to drink it myself 😅).
It's an earthy one that I hadn't had yet at Colors.
It's been a while since I've had a Shinsei, but it's still on another level of deliciousness 💕💕.
I can't get enough of this acidity and complex flavor that only Niimasa can produce: ❣️
It's good on its own, easy to pair with food, and just so specious (although the price is reasonable 🥲).
Highly recommended by my wife, and I'm sure she's right👍.
I can't drink it on a regular basis, so maybe next time I'll drink it as an entrance gift 😁.
