Purchased at my favorite Sagajo Shoten: ‼️
I thought it might be a wine type wine because it "goes well with cheese and meat" 🍷.
It has a subtle sweetness, a clean flavor, and a nice sharpness 😋 It has a wine-like quality, but it still has a sake-like quality ❗I guess it's a good example of Niigata's beautifully light and dry taste 🎵.
I paired it with cheetara and yakitori and it was perfect 😉.
It's perfect with cheetara and yakitori 🆗 even with very fatty food ❗
