Reward yourself for working hard every day! So today I'm going to try Hana-yoso for the first time in a while 🤗I'm excited about this unfiltered, unpasteurized sake brewed with Hachitan-Nishiki, a famous sake rice in Hiroshima✨. As soon as you open the bottle, you can smell the tropical aroma of the sake: ☺️ The palate is filled with a pineapple-like sweetness that is unique to Hanaoyokyu, and then it finishes nicely with a very elegant acidity 🤗The aftertaste is slightly citrusy like grapefruit, and you can really feel the refreshing feeling of Hachitan-Nishiki in the gassy sensation of Orikara-meshi. Personally, I find it more enjoyable to savor it on its own than as a food sake 😆 Of course, it has a refreshing acidity, so I think it would go well with a wide range of foods, such as hot fried foods and plump sashimi! It is indeed a hanahiyo 😘. Thank you for the food 😚.

I drank a sake made with Hachitan-nishiki from a certain brewery and did not think it was particularly tasty, but I would like to try "Hachitan-nishiki from Kahayohaku". I am curious about it because I can't find it in Kumamoto.

Thank you, Ankake, for the always enjoyable impressions.‼️Hanahanayo is available in many different rice varieties, but I too like Hachitan Nishiki the best🍍. ‼️ but it's hard to find, so I recommend Kameizumi Cell24, which is relatively easy to find and is very close to it.‼️🍻

AAJI Thank you for your comment 😆. I also think that there are different tastes in Hachikan Nishiki. Among them, Hachihan-nishiki is still delicious, so if you have a chance, I hope you will try it. ☺️
