bouken
The 6th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (6)
A project by young employees of Bekkaku Hakutsuru Sake Brewery.
Except for the two low-priced varieties, Gentle Breeze Clover and Sunshine Shabondama, all of them are made with Hakutsuru Nishiki.
The two types of sake stored in wine barrels were not on the list.
The ones we drank were
Sunshine Soap Bubbles
A sparkling sake-based liqueur with 3% alcohol and a hint of lemon. It's sweet and tasty, but it's like a juice😅.
Mushinegane of the sun through the trees
It's like lemon grass, but with a refreshing acidity.
Snorkel in the sun
As written, it tastes like orange and citrus, a little bit bitter.
Twilight Telescope
The sweetest of the three 4-portions.
Owl's snooze
This is a sake made from red wine barrels. It has a red wine-like richness and sweetness.
A bird's snooze
A white wine cask-stored sake yeast. The acidity and freshness are like white wine.
Clover of the gentle breeze (no photo)
We have bought this one in the past. It has a freshness like lemongrass and a blue atmosphere. I think it's a little sweeter than the others.
I'm glad I was able to try it this time because some of them were in a price range that was hard to get my hands on.

ポンちゃん
Hello bouken!
I've been curious about Betsuru, I drank the two cheap ones just the other day, but the others were hard to get my hands on 😅They're all really made to be easy to drink like wine or cocktails: ❣️

Hi Pon-chan 😃
The expensive one is sold in Hyogo prefecture and some supermarkets and department stores, but I couldn't touch it because I was afraid of the price and the hiney 😅The wine barrel one is over 2,000 yen for 500ml 😳.
