If you want to go out for a drink, go to the restaurant in Morioka where you can find all the hana-yosu (o´罒`o).
I've only been there a few times, but it was always there 😉.
If you make a reservation for a banquet, you can even get some entrées that aren't on the regular menu: ☺️
