I went to a liquor store for the first time in my life and got Tasake's special pure new sake!
The selection at Masaru-yasan is awesome too: ☺️
It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a hint of citrus or apricot in the overtone. It's different from other tasake I've had, but it has a nice aroma.
It is fresh with a hint of gas, a balance of umami acidity and bitterness, and the energetic flavor elements that only new sake can have!
Delicious. 😋😋😋😋
I wonder if it is a little dry in terms of sweetness and spiciness...?
