Lastly, I asked the manager for a recommendation... and he recommended Sogape...
I knew I was getting something that wasn't on the menu 🤣.
The bottle may be wine, but it tastes exactly like sake 😋.
The sweetness of the rice and a hint of sourness is pleasant 🥰.
But the magnum bottle is very powerful 😁.
The person next to me was drinking craft beer, which I was really curious about, so I'll try that next time 🍺.

Fukkai's dry and Sogape! Both are the ones we want to drink now 🥲 since we can't buy Sogape this time of year 🥲 we got Sogape white wine instead for Christmas 🎄😋.
