We received a bottle of Eiko-Fuji with a fancy label!

This is the first time I've tasted it.
The spiciness and the umami are independent of each other, and come into the mouth while asserting their existence.
I feel that there is something more hidden in the spicy taste 😅.
I served it chilled.
The aroma I felt was
-Aroma: Strong ginjo aroma👍
-Aroma: Slightly spicy.

-Astringency: 0 at the beginning → 0 lingering 0
-Rice flavor: 4 at the beginning→2 in the aftertaste
