Masaaki Sapporo
9 points (Wife: 8.5 points)
Ingredients : Rice, Rice malt (Ibaraki Prefecture)
Rice polishing ratio : 65
Sake Degree : Undisclosed
Alcohol Content : 15% Alcohol
Shu when opened
No gassiness
Slight red melon-like finish
The same fruity aroma as on the top palate, the full rice flavor and gentle sweetness spreads with a light lactic acidity and a slight bitterness that quickly fades away.
The aroma is also good, but the balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity is good, giving a clean impression in the latter half of the bottle, making it suitable with meals and of course delicious on its own.
I am glad that there is now a special distributor in Sapporo for this popular brand that I have been wanting to try.
It went well with Yamakake Donburi and Beef Tataki.

Good morning, Masaaki Sapporo🐥!
I'm so glad that you can get a special distributor 🎶 especially if it's a popular brand! I'm jealous because we don't have any near us 😊I'd love to try it because I love melon 😻.

Good morning, Pon 😃I was curious about this because it was popular at Sake no Wa and I'm glad it's now available in the city ✨It's a delicious sake that's gorgeous in its own way but refreshing in the second half 🍶I'm looking forward to it tonight too 😋.
