On my way back to Sado the other day, I bought this limited edition product at the Tenryohai Sake Brewery's specialty store in Ryotsu Port. There was a brewery near the port, so I wanted to stop by, but due to a miscalculation, I ran out of time 😢. I will have it as soon as possible. The bottle had a hole in the stopper, so I carefully opened it, but nothing happened 😕. The flavor was a light nigori with muscat🍇, peach🍑, pear🍐 and other fruits of the season. I personally would have been happy if they had added a slight sparkle 😋, but it was a delicious sake and I will definitely stop by the brewery next time. There are five breweries on Sado Island, so I'm sure I'll be able to get to all of them 🤭. The last picture was taken on the ferry, but I didn't know the national highway was also on the sea 🌊🛣️ Today and tomorrow I'm off to Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture✈️ to see what kind of 🍶 encounters await me 😆. Rice: Gohyakumangoku (according to the store owner) Rice polishing ratio: - Sake degree: - Acidity: - Amino acids: - Alcohol: 14.5

Good morning, Mr. Mats! I see that Masayo-san's Gekka has a light nigori (light nigori) raw sake 🤤. It looks delicious 🤤! The regular Gekka is easy to drink and delicious, so I hope to encounter it when I go to Sado someday✨. Looking forward to Kanazawa!

Good evening, ma~ki-. The usunigori here was delicious and very quick. Two people who do not know how to leave it for the next day, it was gone instantly 🤭.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby! It was a shame that we couldn't visit the brewery on Sado, which is not easy to get to, but you have made us more determined to come back to Sado for a drink next time: ☺️
