This is a sake from Hita City in Oita Prefecture.
Hita is located on the border with Fukuoka.
In the Edo period, it was a tenryo, and the streets and old buildings from that time remain, and it is a great town for a walk🎵.
It's easy to go on a day trip and have fun, so I often go out🚙
The last time I went there, I came across a yuri-jikomi that was delicious.
⤴️This time, I'd like to try autumnal 🍁️.
A modest amount of sweet and sourness
The sourness lasts for a while, then it becomes slightly spicy.
A bit of bitterness and astringency, and then it's all over 😆 .
So many different flavors in one bite😲!
The complex taste is very interesting and makes you want to drink it one after another 😂.
The astringency of sake is also quite nice 😍.
It's not glamorous but it's delicious🎵!
I like it💕💕.
Oh yeah, the water they served at the Hita Yakisoba restaurant I went to for lunch was really good ✨.
This sake tasted just like that water❕😲
