At the liquor store I sometimes go to
I found a Saku with an unfamiliar label.
Wow, I've never had Saku's Omachi...
(↑I was mistaken😅)
So I bought it.
There is a limited series of sake rice, isn't there?
There are Aizan, Omachi and Kami no Ho, I heard.
While I was thinking about when to drink it,
I finally came across 🧚🏿😱!
I've been holding off on sake because of my strange sense of taste and smell,
But if I'm going to start drinking again, I'd like to try a sake with a reassuring sense of taste.
So I tried this one!
(Or rather, a test of my recovery).
55% polished Omachi from Okayama Prefecture, 15% alcohol by volume
When the plastic cover is removed and the crown is opened, the sound of the bottle being opened is a bouju bouju at mp.
Gorgeous aroma from the mouth of the bottle ♫
A mix of pineapple 🍍 and honey apple 🍎.
When I drank it, I found it to be sweet.
And there is a strong Omachi-like flavor.
The acidity is mild.
There is some bitterness in the last part, but it is just right.
In other words, it's good!
I was able to catch both the aroma and the taste.
I also got a perfect score in my 👅👃test.
I can't drink a lot of it yet.
I'm glad to be back to drinking at home 🥹.
