Today I found this when I was browsing the liquor stores! I had enjoyed it at the Niigata Sake-no-jin before and was looking forward to having it again, but it was a small brewery so it was hard to find.... What a coincidence!

I bought it immediately. Today, I had this one for yudofu! The aroma is like banana or green bamboo. The aroma is reasonable. When drunk cold, it has almost no sweetness, but has some umami and then a nice sharpness 😄As it cools down, the umami, sourness, and bitterness spread. When warmed up, it really starts with the umami and goes right in. It has no alcohol taste and it feels like it's going down your body. You can also feel it go down your throat. A truly delicious sake. Modern sake is good, but this is the kind of sake that soaks up the body. It's really good. I love it!
I heard from the liquor store that there will be a nigorigo as well! I'll definitely drink it 😄
