This is my first Kagawa sake 🍶😃.
Pheho and I went to a liquor store 🚗 to try some sake from a prefecture we've never tried before ❗️.
We went for Kagawa sake and told the clerk what we liked and bought 2 bottles as he recommended 😅.
This sake is brewed with olive yeast!
I never knew that Kagawa is the largest producer of olives in Japan 😲.

I had never heard of green tea before, but now that you mention it, the acidity and astringency are not too assertive, but definitely present in a subdued way, a very "Japanese" taste👍.
And like green tea, it closes with a hint of sweetness👍

Yukinoya has 4 kinds of sake from Kagawa, which is amazing ‼️ and I got 2 olive-colored bottles 🫒The olive yeast is a nice local touch 💖Asparagus on special today 🤭Grilled with garlic and hamburger steak 🥰It's very oriental 👍

Congratulations on your first Kagawa sake ㊗️ 🎉We have only had one Kagawa 😅and that was also olive 🫒brewed 🤗I think green tea 🍵 would make it too tight 😆I will refer you to the second Kagawa 👍.
