This year's (drink), this year's (check in ✅) 🍶.
Because I was busy towards the end of the year, I have accumulated notes on the drinks I drank outside that I haven't been able to check in 📝.
Cleaning up the house is a hassle, so I'm going to at least clean up the check-in 🧹.
I will come back to remember the aroma and taste 🤔
First of all, we compared the unfiltered nama sake and the hi-ire sake of Shinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi Junmai Sake.
From this season, the unfiltered raw sake is only available in four-pack bottles.
We started with the unfiltered nama sake.
The appearance is a warm silver crystal that is almost transparent.
Fine gas bubbles stick to the sake bottle.
The aroma is of sake-like alcohol and koji acidity.
The fruity aroma is only faintly perceptible from the back of the bottle.
When you taste it, it is extremely juicy and sweet, as if the sweetness of the rice has been packed into it.
The balance with the gentle acidity that accompanies it is exquisite.
The fresh sense of alcohol leaves the back of the throat and finishes nicely.
The lingering finish is moderate and clean.
I can't drink Shinshu Kamerei at home, so I am very thankful for chuin who consistently opens the bottle for me. ☺️

Good evening, ma-ki-😃.
Thank you 😊
chuin, it's a standing bar with almost no food, but I like it because the owner, Mr. Kawada, knows a lot about sake, so we can talk about sake and they open a variety of drunken sake: ☺️
