Today I had a drink with a visitor from Nagoya. I had enjoyed drinking with them last time I was in Nagoya, so I decided to return the favor and have them enjoy a sake tasting set. The first cup of Tsuneyama was dry and crisp. I don't have a memo, but I think it was dry and crisp.

Bessan, this sake was introduced in the Fukui section of Izakaya Shinkansen. I have not had it yet. I will drink it when I find it 🍶.
