Unexpectedly, I was reunited with a surprising bubbly sake I encountered on my December trip to Ise-Shima in Hokuriku during a visit to a liquor store!
Well, I guess I'll just have to go around a lot 😁.
But they only had single-batch bottles and no four-batch bottles 💦.
I don't know if I'm lucky or unlucky to be able to drink it all at home...
Never mind!
I'll drink it right away!
Again, I succeeded in opening the bottle easily: ✌️
First, only the supernatant.
The aroma is lemon.
I didn't feel it last time.
On the palate, it was sweet and sour like a white wine with a strong citrus acidity.
Sour and delicious. ❗️
Next, the stirred version!
Naturally, the lees mixes in and the acidity is increased. ⤴️⤴️
It became even more sour and delicious!
But the acidity is not too harsh and is in harmony with the umami, so it goes in smoothly.
Maybe this is good for summer!
