Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture. Tani Sakura Sake Brewery Co.
TANI-SAKURA Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake
We brought back 10 bottles of 4 gou (2 at room temperature) and 9 bottles of 3㌥ (6 at room temperature) from our family trip during Obon 🤣.
Yes, our fridge is now over quantity and flat, so we will drink it as soon as possible 🤯.
3㌥ bought at a supermarket in Yamanashi.
One of the 3㌥ bottles (1/9) I brought back from my trip.
I will drink it cold.
The color is clear and transparent.
The top aroma is mild, with a green apple-like aroma.
The mouthfeel is slightly fresh and mineral.
The taste is slightly fruity, with a mineral sweetness, a bit of bitterness, and a slight spiciness that tingles on the tongue.
As the temperature rises, it seems to get a little nutty.
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Alcohol content: 15 to 16 degrees Celsius
Polishing ratio: 55

I want to get a large-capacity refrigerator. ...... but then I'll buy a lot of stuff and it'll be flat 😅.

Good evening, Mr. Nemuchi.
The amount of purchases is too much 🤣How much 🤣
I've never seen it, but I guess its main sales channel is Belluna 🤔.

Good evening, koge2 🌛I've been wanting to get a dedicated fridge for a while now, but as you can imagine, I've given up on that because then I'd have to buy a lot and it would still be flat 🤣I've sheltered a few bottles in my parents' fridge this time 😅
