ilander Junmai Daiginjo brewed on the Big Island of Hawaii.
I licked it as being from Hawaii, but it's fantastic👍.
It has a subtle brewing aroma, and sweetness comes first on the palate. The sweetness comes first, then a slight gasiness, then sourness, and then the sweetness goes away to become richness?
It's delicious.
The Jungin I had next was lighter, more acidic, and really refreshing.
It seems to have been brewed since last year at a brewery attached to a restaurant called "islander sake".

Good morning, Duke Shibuya 😃.
Wow, is it from Hawaii? ⁉️
I didn't know there was such a drink.
I'd like to try it, but I don't think I'll ever come across it 😅.

Good evening, Duke Shibuya 🌇.
I see there is a store 🏬 that carries this sake 😃.
When I looked it up before, I had the impression that it was insanely expensive, but if I drank it in a restaurant, it would probably cost about 3 times as much as Jyushiyo, wouldn't it?

Sorry for the late response again. 🙇♂️
I hear that Hawaii has about 20% Japanese-Americans. I guess good sake sells well in Hawaii.

Good morning, 3KAN4ON.
I see that you know islander.
It was about 14.000 yen for 4 gens at the store.
It is expensive to write 😴.
I hope I can come across it because it was delicious.
