Sake no Wa post cleaning 🧹.
Sake 🍶 part 1 when I went to my favorite standing drinking place to greet the end of the year.
Abukuma Hatsu Shibori Honjozo.
On this day, there was sake from the Omoroi sake shop in Ibaraki, Osaka, called Kadoya Sake Brewery.
This is also supposed to be a sake that Kadoya-san asked the brewer to make available on draft in limited quantities.
The appearance is a light mist white.
The aroma is...nothing, but if I had to guess, I would say it has an alcoholic aroma.
The taste is thick with a hint of gentle sweetness and umami.
The addition of alcohol gives it a clean and fluffy kick.
It is the kind of sake that I would like to drink with a glass of sake with a bottle of it sitting on the table with a bunch of people I don't mind drinking it with.

Nice to meet you! I drank this Abukuma for the first time last year, and although it is not flashy, I found it to be very tasty and soft for a sake, and I wish I had a bottle of it 💕.

Abukuma is always delicious, no matter which one you drink. ☺️ I think it's a very good sake that shows the honesty of the brewer who spared no effort in making it 😄.
