Kamerei Mannen is brewed by Kamerei Shuzo in Saijo, the sake capital of Hiroshima. It is a junmai daiginjo-shu brewed with a luxurious polishing ratio of 45%. Shinpaku is a white, cloudy area that appears in the center of the rice, where the mycelium of koji mold enters the rice and leads to smooth fermentation. The shape of the core white varies, but Yamada-Nishiki is the most commonly known for its linear core white. It is a sign of excellent sake rice. The appearance is almost transparent silver. The aroma is fruity, soft and sweet. The fruity ginjo aroma is very soft and gentle, with hints of ripe melon and banana sweetness. The aroma of rice is modest and elegant, about the same level as that of Kamishinko. The mouthfeel is soft and smooth. The firm yet beautiful and elegant sweetness is sweet in combination with the fruity ginjo aroma. The smooth acidity gives the taste a sharpness and a slightly tangy dryness. The soft, full, sweet and delicious taste is combined with a crisp dryness. It finishes with a soft and fluffy feeling, and then it finishes so that it disappears in a trance. The lingering finish is long and beautiful, with a balance of fruity and crisp dryness. Well, it is of high quality. It has a beautiful but deep flavorful sake design, and the fruity, deliciously dry taste that leans toward the mellow side is unbearable 😊.

Good evening, Mr. Aladdin. I heard from a Kamerei distributor that linear heart white rice is a strong rice 🤔. I heard that they are withholding the name after receiving complaints from the Tottori area 😅.

It's a Hiroshima specialty, isn't it? I wonder what's inside? Onigiri that goes with sake? Sake that goes well with rice balls? There are so many points I'm curious 🤔

Thank you, bouken 😊. I see, there are a lot of things 🤔. I guess it's similar to how Snow Goddess 🌾 can only be called "Snow Goddess" if the rice polishing ratio is less than 50% 😌. But I guess they still use it because it tastes so good ☺️

Good morning, Hirupeko 😃. I absolutely recommend Musashi 🍙. The rice is firm and each grain has an irresistible flavor... 🤤. It's basically never left Hiroshima, so if you go there, you should definitely try it! The inside is filled with kelp and salmon! Definitely goes well with a variety of sake 🤩.
