The last is in a separate frame, "Izumigawa"! Gorgeous, elegant and pleasant aroma of melon and apple. The palate is clean and smooth. The balance of sweet, spicy, acidic, and astringent is not too assertive, and the elegant, calm, and gorgeous aroma of ginjo complements this. Less umami than the one we had yesterday, but this sense of stability without excesses, deficiencies, or sharpness is habitually delicious ✨. On the last day of our round trip to Aizu, we visited "Sazae-do" and the graves of our ancestors, as well as the sake brewing exhibition at the Prefectural Expo. On the way back, we happened to go from the land of drunkenness to the land of dreams (Shinkansen)! I have many childhood memories of both Disney and Aizu, so I was able to enjoy myself as if I were a child again 😌.

Hi Jay & Nobby! We've just enjoyed the four stages of Aizu: food, sake, hot springs, and history ✨. As Aizu natives, we look forward to reading your posts about your travels in Aizu!

Mr. STST Good evening! I too saw the exhibit at the museum last week. I like to drink Izumigawa with duck soup at a soba noodle shop along the museum. My favorite routine is to go to the museum café after dinner until I get to dawdle while looking at the view.

Good evening, Mr. Shouting Butterfly! There is nothing but the best duck soup split in Izumigawa...! I couldn't go there due to time constraints, but I was also curious about the cafe on the first floor, so next time I'd like to spend some time relaxing among the locals 😌.
