While a relatively large number of Sanin sake is yellow, this one deviates from that trend by a long shot.
It has a very refreshing acidity and a spiciness.
It's a bit misleading, but it's sweet and refreshing like cider.
It can be heated up to preserve its freshness, but it is basically hiya.
It was a beautiful day, so I decided to go out! I was inspired by Nagata, so I got off the train and walked for a while to a liquor store!
There I got a small bottle of this!
And here's a quick shot at the Nagata Shrine!
I had never been to Nagata before, but it was a very nice place!

On a trip to Izumo before the Corona disaster, the ruins of Gassan Tomita Castle were visible from the Adachi Museum of Art.
It reminded me of Kanosuke Yamanaka.
Gassan is indeed not yellow.

Shinjo-san, this is my day 🙋 I had a drink at Asano-san the other day.
I had a drink at Asano-san the other day and Gassan is not like Sanin sake 😁I once passed by this liquor store but I didn't go in 😅If they have Gassan, I wonder if they have other local sake 🤔.

Good evening, Mr. Hiraccio.
I didn't do much in Izumo, eating and drinking soba noodles...
I saw the Adachi Museum of Art on TV and thought it was great...
Gassan was very different from Tamasakura and others, but it was a good sake!

Hello Mr. Bouken!
I'm glad to hear that you found it interesting and wondered what it's like to be a sake brewer.
This restaurant has almost no local sake.
The fridge only had beer and chu-hi.
