It's my first time to drink this sake 🍶You came from Hiroshima Prefecture 😲 Great name! The name makes my spine tingle ❗I'll start with Hachitan-Nishiki since it's from Hiroshima Prefecture 🙏.
He recommends warmed sake, so I poured a glass of Chirori ❗
As the name suggests, it has a strong, dry taste 💪It seems to go well with oysters and other seafood from Hiroshima 😋.
