Low milled rice for such a beautiful flavor. In short, it is a sake where the rice is not "so" polished. It is really just amazing! The percentage is not stated, but it feels at least as good as the ginjo specs. Furthermore, according to the back of the label, the rice polishing ratio is equivalent to that of edible rice! The brand seems to have been started in 2028, but it is a new sake, and yet it is still a rebecher!
After one day, the perfection that I felt right after opening the bottle (just my personal opinion) seems to have disappeared. Well, it happens as it does. Still, it tastes good enough.
