There is still one more day until the end of the work year, but today is almost the end of the main work for the year. I am relieved that the Christmas mood has settled down, but it is cold in the Kanto region today due to the cold wave combined with gusty winds.
On a day like this, I had to open a bottle of my treasured Tasake Yamahai Special Junmai to warm up my cold body and prevent a cold. Yes, I had no choice.
The snacks were oysters and cod steamed in foil.
The aroma of Tasake's Yamahai is modest, but once in the mouth, the complex sweetness and bitterness spread in a vivid, gorgeous, and elegant manner. Furthermore, the lingering aftertaste continues to change little by little as time passes. This change in aftertaste is irresistible.
I used to be stingy with the No. 4 bottle, but now I'm more enthusiastic with the 1.5 liter bottle, and I'm even thinking about heating it up. The cold is even more endearing in this way.
The end of the year is kind of nice.

Good morning, moby!
Today is the last day of work 🎵
Yes, yes. Sake is unavoidable on a day like this 😁✨✨.
I haven't tried Tasake's Yamahai Tokusyu, but it looks delicious 😋.
I have the impression that the snacks are also perfect for sake 🤤.

Thank you for your comment, ma-ki-. The good thing about sake is that there is a reason to drink it in its own way if it is cold, or in its own way if it is hot 😆.
Please try Tasake's Yamahai 🍶.

Hi moby 😃
Monday is the last day of work for me too 😊I'm afraid there are so many people taking the day off that I'll just be doing cleanup patrols 😅.
I have no choice! I have to open the bottle 🤗.
