At a local sake meeting❗
This is my first sari! It was sold in Kitami city where I went on a short trip, but I didn't go through with it. I blame myself for not having gone through with it even though it has a girly name 😔.
In Sanskrit, "Sari" means rice and is the origin of the word "Shari" in sushi restaurants 🍣.
It's sharp, clean and well-balanced with just the right amount of salt, so you can go for it even during a meal 🎵.

I am sure you will enjoy a different taste since the brewery is located in Togo district, which is said to be a rice-producing area in Fukui City, and uses water from a different river than "Echizen cape" 😋.

I like the lingering taste of the pleasant acidity with no angularity 🎵"small acidity" is the perfect word for this wine! It's easy to get the message across when you say it like this ❗I don't have a good vocabulary 😅.
