This sake was established in 2019 by Richard Geoffroy, Dom Perignon's 5th Chief Brewer. (Received.)
Since I came all the way to Toyama, I want to drink it. It's expensive, but we compared the prices.
I see. It's like this. It's like an aged or kijo sake, but with more depth and richness.
I think the acidity of 3 is a little stronger than 3. Only for 3.
But I can't afford this price. I have a stupid tongue so I can't tell the difference between sake over 5,000 yen. Maybe even 3,000 yen 😂.
