I had to go back to my parents' house for a while, and on the way home, I stopped by a special distributor of Jiran and found this new sake 😍.
There was also a very rare Classic nigori, but I already drank it at the kurabiraki event and I have two bottles of something ridiculous coming next weekend, so I couldn't buy it due to the capacity of my refrigerator 😥... 😥.
But I was looking for this one, so it's a good thing I was looking for it👍
Now, as for the taste, the first aroma is the melon type aroma characteristic of Hiran 🍈 with a little bit of greefiness 🤔.
In the mouth, it has a melon-like ginjo aroma and a pleasantly strong gaseous sensation due to the fact that it is a new and unpasteurized sake. ☺️
The umami and acidity are a little less pronounced than the rest of the Hiran series, but they're still there, and while it's light-bodied and refreshing, it's also very drinkable ✨.
There is no bitterness or other unpleasant tastes, and it disappears smoothly with a clean aftertaste.
Ahhhh, it's delicious😍.
Usually, most of Hiran's sake is made using the "nama-hashiroshi" method, but this one is a little unusual in that it is a fast-brewing sake ✨.
So it's a little light and light-bodied, but the sweet and juicy flavor of Tobiran is still present and satisfying 😋.
