It was from a liquor store's hanpukai. I mistakenly thought it was fire-aged, and stored it carelessly... I looked at it carefully and found that it was a draft sake! What if it tastes funny now that some time has passed... but it's Yamahai, so maybe it's okay... I opened the bottle and started mumbling to myself! The aroma is sour and lemon. Oh, this looks very sour. When I sipped it, it was chili-swirling and sour! The sourness makes your eyes water. It also has a bit of bitterness, like a 🍋squash. It is not as sweet as a 🍋sour, but not as dry as a 🍋sour, and the flavor is rich, tasty, and fresh. This sourness is good in summer. It didn't taste weird at all! Rather delicious! However, I don't think it's the same as the key words on the back: juicy, elegant, and wild.... It tastes good the next day too. Nice aroma of lemon with some muscat elements. The taste is still mainly acidic, with a sizzling acidity, citrus peel-like bitterness, and some lime and muscat. I was surprised that the taste was so perfect for my current mood, but it is interesting to think that I will never be able to find this taste again because no one intended for it to be there. I feel sorry for everyone at the brewery, but it was as good as it could be with a different flavor👍.
