We got off at Okachimachi from Shinbashi and went to Aji no Fue.
It's a standing bar under the direct management of Yoshiike, a supermarket in Okachimachi with a strong Niigata flavor, and I like it.
It has been a long time.
You buy snacks and Niigata sake first like a food court, and pay cash. Then, you move to each standing drinking space and enjoy.

It's good. It may be one of the best ordinary sake.
In my hometown of Murakami, this ordinary sake, Hana, is a standard evening drink.
I once went to Murakami and drank a heated bottle of Hana at a famous restaurant called Chidori, and it was delicious.
The seafood is good, too, as it is directly managed by Yoshiike.
We had dried squid from Rausu overnight.

Chidori in Murakami is a wonderful restaurant. I stopped there on my way back from Awashima. They have a good selection of Jizuhari Tsuru and Daiyomori, and I drank only Daiyomori this time.
