Today is my birthday celebration, so my partner and I went out. We took an architectural tour at the Old Public Health Institute in Minato-ku, which we wanted to visit, and had curry udon in Meguro 😋.
We had a bottle of zodiac for the first time in 2 years and had a celebratory sake 🍶 The aroma is sweet like a shortcake and the center is thick and delicious like a grape.
The mouthfeel is sweet! But then the umami comes in and the spiciness is felt gradually. This multifaceted change in flavor is typical of Ni-Rabbit 🐇🐎🐇I've paired it with Saikyo-yaki, cured ham and peaches and it's delicious 😊✨.
