I have recently become quite addicted to Mikotsuru-san from Suwa 😀. I've been drinking Gokotsuru until now. I've been drinking Mikotsuru's sake rice from Nagano prefecture, and all of them are raw sake 😀 I missed the first shipment at my usual shop. I missed it the first time it came in at my usual store, but I got it safely the second time it came in 😀. It had the usual Miko-chan taste as a base, but with a firm Yamadanishiki-like umami and a roundness that is typical of the autumn season, making it a delicious sake 😀. However, my preference for the taste of Goko-chan is more towards the usual raw sake made with Nagano sake rice 🤣.

Good evening, Yasube 😃. Gokotsuru! I haven't had it for a while 🤔 and when I looked back the last time I had it was 2 years ago 😅I think Kochira is our kind of Miko-chan 😋.
