I bought it at Imanaka Sake Brewery, which was on my way while driving to Akirika Sake Brewery before.
The representative of the store is good friends with the representative of the liquor store where I used to work 😊.

It has a strange taste that is hard to describe, like drinking plain water, with a unique sake flavor that comes out after it goes down your throat.
This is my last post for the year!
Tonight I'm driving to Nara to spend the new year, so I'll be drinking again in the new year 🥺.
This year has been a big change for me, moving to my parents' house and getting a job at a sake shop!
Next year, I hope to introduce more sake to as many people as possible!
