It's nice to meet you, but my husband was stocking up before I knew it.
He is still the same vendor 😅.
The concept of the brewery is to make sake that makes you feel the sea.
Fukkai, fresh and light, with a nice slight bounce👍✨.
It was a wonderful sake, with a well-balanced taste of sweetness, acidity, and umami, yet it was light and crisp and easy to sip.
