Revisited Asano Sake Shop since it was the Naebayama Fair from today.
Nama Sake Comparison 😋.
We started with the rightmost one, Naebayama, Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu.
It has a robust taste with a strong sweet umami flavor of rice.
It is more like a classic sake. It is alcoholic but not too spicy.
It is the kind of taste that makes you want to have a strong flavored dish.
