It has been quite a while since I have posted, as I was pondering what to post about the YOMOYAMA NAGANO sake event held on July 17 in Osaka, Nagano Prefecture.
YOMOYAMA NAGANO, I had so much fun that I quit taking notes halfway through the event. There were many sakes I wanted to introduce, but I'll shelve the check-in for now and post normally 😁.
So after that event, I had some business to attend to and went to my usual stand-up drinking spot, CHUIN.
The owner, Mr. Kawada, was also at the same event, but when I went to his store, he was open for business as usual😳.
Moreover, the bottle opened that day was Jyushidai, which has been a long time coming.
Moreover, it was my first time to drink Omachi.
Fruity apple aroma with beauty.
Transparent sweetness.
The light spread of acidity including stimulation.
Accent of bitterness.
I've had a lot of good sake at YOMOYAMA NAGANO and it still tastes great. ☺️
Jyushiyo is not a date.

Gyve, in case you are wondering, my next event is the "2nd National Sake Brewery Talks and Enjoyment Party" at Miyakomesse, Kyoto on 8/31 🍶.
It's hosted by Kyoto's Sake-taker Nissigawa, and although it's expensive, the participating breweries are my favorite 😊.
