It took 10 minutes to open the bottle💦.
As expected, active nigori😅.
Sweet and sour aroma reminiscent of yogurt wafting gently through the air 😆.
On the palate, I thought it would be thick from the appearance of the nigguri-ness, but it wasn't at all 🤣.
A slight sweetness and sourness of yogurt type 😋.
And a crazy popping, refreshing fizzy sensation 💕.
It also has a light fruitiness like apples 🍎 and is very crisp 🌱.
The aftertaste after swallowing is like a gentle lingering of rice 🌾 flavor 🎶.
It's delicious 🎶.
It is a good sake that I can recommend as nigori for summer. ❣️(≧∇≦)b
