The second drink at our favorite yakitori restaurant for the last time this year was Hachibei sake from Motosaka Sake Brewery.
This time it was freshly squeezed
Let's have it right away!
First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma.
The umami in the mouth is nice.
It also has a touch of alcohol, but the mouthfeel is so clean and easy to drink that you would think it was a junmai sake. It is so refreshing and easy to drink that you may think it is a junmai sake.
It has been a long time since I have had a Hachibei, but it is still a delicious sake!

I'd love to try some of Sakeya Hachibei's Shiboritate 😍I think the refreshing one would go well with yakitori 🍶I always have the impression that this yakitori restaurant has a lot of Mie sake ✨.

I bought Hachibei-san the other day when I went to Mie. It is not freshly squeezed but I wanted to warm it up 🤭 Maybe I should have bought the freshly squeezed one too 🤔.
