Yamagata Tsuruoka & Niigata Bullet Trip
I'm sorry to interrupt this article because of the Dodgers' victory, but I'll continue! After being very satisfied at Taiyozakari, we went to Shimehari Tsuru next 😄The hope was small because we had been to Taiyozakari. After visiting Taiyozakari, I wanted to go to Sukiyakizuru, but this time I bought a bottle of Umeshu (plum wine) 😊I wanted to drink Umeshu with sake, which Hiro had posted earlier.
First of all, I had the plum wine itself. First, I had the plum wine itself, which had a sweetness to it, but it also had a more gentle umami than regular sake, probably because it was brewed with sake.
Then, in the second half, we had the sake with a splash of sake. This time, due to budget constraints, I decided to try it with the previously mentioned Shigumo Aki-agari sake from Taiyozakari. The sweetness of the sake was replaced by a refreshing sweetness, as Hiro said, and the sake added more flavor. I wonder if the flavor of the autumn harvest has been added to the sake. I thought it might not go well with the sake, but that was not the case. It is really delicious. I'll be using it with plum wine from now on.

Good evening, Mr. Sashu 😃.
Thank you for taking on the challenge of mixing sake with plum wine: ❗️ and also for the new frontier of collaboration with a different flavor: ‼️
I'd like to try many different sake wari with plum wine made with Japanese sake 😁.

Hiro-san Good evening 😊I tried the plum wine with sake right away. It turned into an adult beverage and was delicious 🍶I felt it was good beyond the brand name, so now I also want to try it with Shimehari Tsuru (lol).
