I went snowboarding at Washigatake for the first time in 2 years 🏂.
Last year we had to abandon the trip due to blizzard in Hakkouda 😭.
This year we couldn't get a car and took a night bus to Washigatake 🚎.
It was March, so the temperature was nice and the snow was not powder, but we had to make do with that.
It's been a while since I skied but I didn't run out of energy!
Of course, my muscles were sore the next day!
I had left all my gear at my parents' house, so I went home that day.
Conveniently, there was a bottle of sake from Gifu in the fridge!
The taste was dry and punchy, so even though it was a junmai daiginjo, it didn't have much sweetness.
The label said it was meant to be a food sake, so I had it with some Meiho ham I had bought and Ageduke!
Ageduke (a protein dish) goes better with this sake.
We had two glasses of this sake as a tasting!
Thank you very much for the tasting!

So you've been there! I still want to go once a season 🏂.
It was fried tofu soaked in soy sauce sauce at Hida Gourmet! It's refreshing and delicious!

Good evening, good evening 🌛.
Accessibility-wise, it's as good as you can get for a good day trip.
I used to go to Jamkatsu, which is the opposite of Jamkatsu.
Meiho ham is also refreshing and good with drinks: 🙆♀️
