I bought this at an oshantei liquor store in Matsumoto on a recent trip to Nagano. Is this the first Beaumichel seasonal product?
The first sake that was also the first to be Yamato at the Yaesu event.
There is almost no aroma. It has a vigorous effervescence, lemon acidity and a thick, honey-like flavor. Mixing the lees makes the liquor thicker, but there is no bitterness and it can be guzzled casually.
It is a drink that you can enjoy straight away like a New World wine, without having to think about it with your brain. If you are going to buy canned chu-hi, this is the one that will satisfy you the most.
I think it would be technically difficult to make 9 degrees Celsius with undiluted sake.
