This is the northernmost sake brewery in Japan.
It has a tangy aroma and a smooth, light, and gentle taste. It is light and does not seem to interfere with meals. I wonder if it would be better with seafood. Let's try it slowly.
I think the spiciness is more noticeable when served cold than at room temperature. I don't like it by itself, but with a meal, it's delicious!
Unlike the sake I usually drink, it's like a veteran enka singer.

Good evening, Mr. Yukachin😄
I thought of Ichiro Toba as a specific name. The first impression I had was of a fishing boat running through rough seas, so I thought I'd use fishing boat -> Ichiro Toba😅Please use it 🤣I'll use the floor sinking too 😙.
