To close out the restaurant with no Sake menu,
I ordered a dark sweet dessert-like sake.
Hondara Beaumichel's 2021BY Kijoshu!
In layman's terms, it smells like pickles,
It smells like pickles in layman's terms, but it has a peculiar aroma of mizu-hashiroshi type.
Another bad boy.
It has a thick, sweet, concentrated, sweet and sour taste.
I didn't know Beaumichel could make such a rich sweet and sour wine.
I thought I wanted a dessert-like drink, but they served me a drink that exceeded my imagination.
The wine glasses matched the flavors of the sake, and I learned a lot from this wonderful restaurant.
I hope I can find a chance to come back again ^ ^.

Hirupeko ✨Great glass of kijoshu ❤️ stylish 💡I haven't had much kijoshu...is it a good way to finish it? I'm also interested in the stag beetle in the background, which is a collaboration between Sengoku and United Arrows 😁✨✨.

Good morning, Hirupeco! ☀️
Interesting store 🤣
If everyone in Sake no Wa went there, we might be able to beat the master to a pulp 🤣 lol

Hi, pyonpyon. I asked for a sake to replace dessert, and it was a sweet sake 💕It was a strange restaurant with empty bottles of seasonal Senkou and Tasake on the counter amongst the other sake.

Hello, T.KISO. It was a very strange place, you would never know it was a sake bar from the outside. But it was a place where you could really feel the love for sake 😊.
