I opened this bottle 🍶I don't know Gundam well but I'm thrilled to have my first Shia ☺️...well, it's been a while since I've had a classic ricey aroma and I don't like it much 💦The creamy riceiness is in full force in the mouth and I'm not sure I like it. I'm a little uncomfortable with it 😓.
After about the third day, the creaminess subsides and the umami comes through, and the slight sweetness and acidity give the impression of a better balance 😌. It also has a good alcohol content, so it's a sake that complements food as a mealtime sake 🍶.
