I have seen Tsururei before, but I don't often drink it, so I tasted the last of it.
Tsururei Junmai Ginjo
It has a rich and sticky flavor. Standardly delicious.
Tsururei Junmai Sake
This sake has a full-bodied rice flavor, which is also delicious. As the temperature rises, it becomes fuller and has the widest range of flavors.
Tsururei Junmai Daiginjo
It has a good balance of full-bodied umami and acidity, and is very well balanced.
Yukio seems to be drier than Tsururei.
Anyway, we spent a long time visiting 27 breweries, but all of them were delicious and of a high quality.
And what surprised me the most was the low price!
Even if I went to the original Niigata Sake Festival, I wouldn't be able to visit even half of the breweries...
