あーる酒
Tonight's sake is "Yamori Junmai Nakadori Unadjusted" 🍶.
I went to Toshimaya Sake Brewery the other day and asked "Yamori, which one would you like for your first bottle?" (It was available at a special distributor 😊).
The rice used is Hachitan-Nishiki from Hiroshima Prefecture.
Polishing ratio is 55
The sake was clear and gentle on the palate, with umami and a slight bitterness that went down my throat nicely.
November 1st is an important day for our family...we went to Kadokami Gyorui to buy sushi and found a rare "Nodoguro Meshi" (rice with sea bream), so we offered it to them😇.
The words on the back label fit the feeling of the day... 😌.
