Slightly green melon-like top note
The same aroma as the topping, the aroma of rice malt, a hint of sweetness, and the mild umami of rice spread quickly with a moderate acidity, and are quickly quenched by a slight bitterness and the spiciness of the relatively firm alcohol.
It is a mellow, slightly dry sake with a solid body. It goes well with a meal and is also delicious on its own.
It went well with grilled open fish, fried burdock and konnyaku, deep-fried Shotsuru (Japanese sweet potato), and chilled tofu.
It also went well with grilled beef tongue and roasted ginkgo nuts with mayo and soy sauce.

Good evening Masaki Sapporo 😀
I was wondering if I should buy this sake when I saw the jacket 😅.
The store only had one bottle 😅.
If there are still some left, I will buy it 😀.

Good evening, Yasube-san! I gave up on the ogara-mi version because only one bottle was distributed, but I hope you can buy this one because it was also delicious!
